Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Cremes

Gentle Body Washes Inspired By The Nature And Culture Of The South Of France

Le Petit Marseillais is finally available in Canada! And, in case you don’t know how to pronounce Le Petit Marseillais, here’s a little video to help you out.

Le Petit Marseillais has been around since the early 80s, starting out at local markets in Avignon with whimsical soaps. Since then, they’ve become a popular beloved French personal care company sold throughout Europe. The richly scented products embody the joie de vivre of the French countryside, and lucky for us, Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Cremes are now available in Canada.

These are SO good you guys! They are gentle yet full of suds, and the fragrances are extraordinary. And that’s the difference with Le Petit Marseillais-their fragrances turn your shower into a scents-ory experience. And with sunny, authentic notes too-no fake, cloying scents to be found at all.

Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Creme Orange Blossom smells just like the flower and reminds me of the orange blossom tree that grew in our front yard when I was a kid. One of my favourite scents because it reminds me of my mama.

Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Creme White Peach & Nectarine smells like you just picked a peach and nectarine and took a bite of both. A great summer shower scent!

Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Creme Vanilla Milk smells of vanilla with hints of ylang ylang and some pistachio thrown in too for some creamy goodness. I’m not a huge vanilla scent fan, but this one I love.

Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Creme Lavender Honey is perfect. It’s just a  perfect marriage of lavender and honey and is so comforting and relaxing. I love this one for night time showers.

Le Petit Marseillais Extra Gentle Shower Creme Cotton Milk & Poppy is a soft, muted floral with a bit of powdery cotton to balance it. It’s just lovely and very lady-like.

The bottles are huge too-650 ml and last a long time. $7.99 is the SRP, but I’m sure you can find them on sale. I’ve seen them at Shoppers Drug Mart for sure, but they are available everywhere. Get one! Or two! You won’t regret it!

Happy Weekend all! Thanks for all your support over the last couple of frustrating days. You guys are the best! We are off to California to pack up Marky’s belongings and put them in storage-again. Yeah, long story there, but we have to move her again. Whatever. This is her last year and we will support her and be there for her no matter what. ‘Cause that’s our job as parents.

I’ll be looking into finding a hosting company so I can move this new blog over to a self-hosted site. I like having more control than this, so there might be some growing pains over the next couple of weeks. BUT I already have two giveaways coming up with one of my favourite companies, so keep checking back! In the mean time, please follow with Bloglovin and also on Facebook so you don’t miss a post. HUGS to you ALL!

I am so glad you are back ! I love snark and was missing it. To the Marsellais was. I tried the Orange and it smelled really nice and I love the suds! IT also didn’t dry out my skin (which is big plus for me here lately). When I was going to purchase, I smelled the lavender but to me it smelled like a nursing home (pretty sure I hate the smell of lavender) . I also wasn;t a fan of the poppy scent. The vanilla smelled great as well.

    1. Hahaha thanks! I needed that! It was a tough decision, but I can’t just let someone be ME on the internet! How DARE they haha! LOL about the lavender and nursing home-dying over here! My kid loves the smell of lavender, she’s gonna be 24 but when it comes to scents she loves old lady smells. The poppy scent is floral and lady-like too. I’m glad you find them not drying too-my skin has been so dry lately and these body washes help a lot.

Ooh Vanilla Milk sounds right up my alley and Orange Blossom as well. I appreciate a good shower gel, am trying out bar soap but not sure how well it will go.

    1. Oh, you brave girl with the soap LOL! Good luck! In my younger days I could use soap, but now my skin is way to dry for bars!
